For the Kiln Drying process we have available 4 conventional Kiln drying chambers fed by a boiler that uses both our own scrap material and material bought to third parties.
Our process starts with the classification of the raw material according to the quality specified in the purchase orders, it’s reception at the plant and continues with the normal drying process.
Our chambers are controlled by a MM4000 system provided by MAHILD, with which we can monitor and control the environmental conditions in the interior of the chambers, and also includes the necessary controls for the NIMF 15 compliance.
After the kiln drying process, we have a team oriented to prepare and select the products, achieving the requirements set by the clients.
