It is one of the components for the wirebound boxes, it’s dimensions range from 16 mm to 19 mm in thickness, and 16 mm to 25 mm in width, according to customer requirements, and from 6” to 25” in length.
With our available machinery we can produce other Wood components with the dimensions and profiles that clients require, as for example box corners, grooved cleats.
The pallets are properly identified with it’s production tag which has a code label incorporated with the P.O. and production information in it. This information is controlled in our management system to achieve traceability of our products.
The product can be packed in full spec 40” x 48” pallets, with which we consolidate at our plant in containers with volumes ranging 50 m³ to 54 m³.
Cleats are produced in production lines composed of several machinery, including Weinig moulders, equalizers, Mitre saws and semi automatic bundling machines.
